Effect of Facilities Management Service Quality on User Satisfaction and Institutional Image

The rapid change in all sectors of human endeavour disrupts the way businesses, organisations and institutions conduct their activities. In service industry, provision high quality becomes trending issue as users increasingly sophisticated. Studies have shown that improves institutional image influences level users’ satisfaction. aim this study is to investigate effect facilities management services on satisfaction Gombe State University (GSU) with a view providing evidence-based information for managerial decision. Using survey strategy, 666 questionnaires were administered, which 458 retrieved used analysis. result show FM has statistically significant (β = 0.979; t 473.10; p < 0.05) user 0.990; 1483.32; 0.05). overall model performance indicated explained about 96% 98% variation respectively. It recommended decision makers higher education (HEIs) should pay more attention upgrading both core learning other support ensure sustained image.
